1) How were the Gibeonite elders attitude towards God's judgment different from the other 5 Kings?
2) The preacher pointed out the fact that the Gibeonites were received into the covenant. What were the reasons as stated in Neh 10:28?
3) The Gibeonites used trickery and cunningness to be spared from destruction. Why should they be given the rights to be part of God's covenant family if they had this history in Joshua 9?
Do they deserve it? If yes why, if no why?
4) The preacher mentioned several times, "the end isn't the end until God says its the end". How can we take comfort in this story and this truth? Is there something you are going through now or a child who has rejected the faith which you pray will come back one day?
