DISCUSSION QUESTIONS

  1. Can we attempt to articulate the answer to the question "Why bother being good?" if grace abounds each time we sin?
In fact based on Paul's logic in Romans 5:20, we should sin more so that grace abounds all the more.

  2. The preacher said; "We all have an addiction to something - just in varying degrees".
True or not true and why? Give examples.

  3. "Sin no longer has dominion/reign over me".
How does this truth practically help us when we are tempted to sin, or find ourselves in an addiction to sin?

  4. What does a new life in Christ look like (individually/community)?
