The Gospel permeates and transforms every area of our lives. This is the message The Anchor ministry wishes to bring to every college and university student in Subang Jaya, Sunway, and beyond. This ministry serves to reach out to college and university students by equipping and growing our faith through teaching, prayer, and fellowship. We aim to show the relevance of the gospel to all of life so that the hope of the Gospel becomes a firm and secure anchor for our souls.
We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. Hebrews 6:19
A typical night at The Anchor meeting involves a hearty meal, discussion / Q&A on the Bible and theological themes, praying for one another, and games. Once every month (or two), we also get together for social nights, which can be getting together for bowling, board games, darts or some other fun activities. We want to provide a safe sanctuary for the sharing of lives and discipleship. We believe that no one should be embarrassed to ask any questions concerning the Bible or share any problems about life. All that aside, we are also always having fun. After all, we are college / uni students!
