FAQ

1. How many books can I borrow?
Up to 3 books may be borrowed per user.

2. How long may I keep the books for?
40 days. You will receive a reminder via email 2 days before your book is due to be returned.

3. How do I return the books?
Kindly drop the book in the designated return box in the library.

4. What if I need more time with my book?
You may request for an extension from our librarian on duty on Sunday or WhatsApp the church office at 017-2455600. An extension of 14 days will be given.

5. The online system is too complicated. Can I borrow books manually?
Having an online system helps us easily track our books and also conveniently reminds you when your book is almost due. However, feel free to speak to one of our librarians if you are unable to use the online system.

6. What happens if the book is missing or torn?
A replacement fee of RM50 per book will be charged. However, if it’s a commentary or reference book, the replacement fee may be higher.
