READ THE PASSAGE TOGETHER AS A GROUP AND DISCUSS THESE QUESTIONS
1) What is so significant about this new community called the church (A gathering of Christians) in the time of Acts ?
Look at Galatians 3:27-28 How might our churches reflect this today?
2) What are some evidence of God's grace as mentioned by the speaker?
Look at 1 Cor 1:4 Do you see these evidences of God's grace in your Care Group and in church? Explain.
3) A mark of a healthy Christian church is one where there is teaching and discipleship. V. 26
Look at Colossians 2:6-7 What steps are you personally going to take to be rooted and built up in Him? Share your plan.
4) The 4th mark of a healthy Christian church is "Mercy Ministry" - sharing the grace of God with those outside our community.
What plans do you have personally to be involved in mercy ministry either outside or in a church ministry at CDPC?
