DISCUSSION QUESTIONS

1. The earthly High Priest entered the physical tabernacle with names of the 12 tribes of Israel engraved on the precious stones over his shoulders and on his breast piece.
   How does Christ, the perfect High Priest, fulfil that function?
   (Hebrews 9:24 , Romans 8:34-35)
    
2. Zechariah (Zechariah 3) dreamt that the Lord asked Joshua to remove his filthy clothes. 
   By doing that the Lord "has removed Joshua's sin and replaced it with fine garments." 
   How did the Lord Jesus fulfil that prophecy in Zechariah?
   What does it mean to you and I? 
    
3. Hebrew 9  ¹⁴ Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven,^[a] Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. ¹⁵ For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin. ¹⁶ Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need."
   Share with everyone how this "great High Priest" who ascended into heaven, and who is without sin and who can emphatize with our weakness encourage you in your unique situations right now.
    
4. Pray for your friends who do not know Christ..that they may come to know this Great High Priest.
