Scripture: Isaiah 30:18

1) When things don't go as planned or when you face many road blocks over and over agian - do you typically give up, quit OR respond with anger or frustration leading to a rash decision or hush word spoken?

2) "In returning and rest you shall be saved, in quietness and trust shall be your strength" (Isaiah 30:15) - Would you describe this as your typical response in a crises? If not then what is your typical response? Why?

3) "Therefore the Lord waits (khaw-kaw (Hb) tarrying long) to be gracious to you...". How does that make you feel? How would you respond?

4) Isaiah 30:22  What are some things in our lives we place above God (idols of the heart)? From the passage, how do we get rid of them (be gone) or what is the process?
