  1. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being super stressed), how stressed out are you?
    Share with everybody your score and why or what stresses you out.
     
  2. The speaker says shame is the fundamental reason we find it hard to observe the sabbath because once we stop, our insufficiencies expose us. We work hard to hide or make up for our weaknesses. 
    How do you feel about that? Is that true in your own life?
     
  3. The speaker suggested 5 practical ways at the end - 1) Find out more, 2) Make a list of what delights you, 3) Plan and prepare, 4) Define your protective container, 5) Find support.
