1 Peter 2:18-25 - Your Calling in Work

1. Peter once again tells his readers as "servants" to "subject themselves" to their masters even though it maybe unfair or unjust. V.19 This is a gracious calling when we are mindful of God. 
   How does knowing it's a gracious calling help us face our trials and unfair treatment at work? 
   Give real examples. 
    
2. Do you feel respected at work?
   Do you feel that your work has value ? 
   Yes or no and why?
    
3. Do you feel your work has value or do you drag your feet every morning wishing you were doing something else?   
    
4. How do we bring joy back to our work? 
    
5. How can I help my boss or colleague or staff grow and excel at work? 
   How can I better show them Christ through my work? 
    
6. How does shame and the fear of failure affect our work?  
   How does the Gospel fix that?
