Stand Firm in His Grace

Discussion Questions 

1) Peter says he has written and exhorted and declared the TRUE GRACE of GOD. How does the grace of God help the suffering exiles in 1 Peter? How does it help us today as we go through suffering? 

2) God has given His church the gift of Pastors and Elders. Will you feel comfortable going to your Pastor with problems or pastoral issues? How are we to view our pastors and Elders?

3) Why is humility critical in experiencing the grace of God? 

4) The word "kiss" in Greek is φιλήματι (philemati) from the word Philos which is a deep friendship kind of love. Why is it that friendships in the church (gospel) will point us to His grace? 

5) How can we be that kind of Grace supplying friend to someone else in church?
